Administration
ProctorStone is built on an architecture that deters and prevents students from violating online exams. In this context, the system first determines the identity and ensures that the student who passes the identification stage acts in accordance with the exam instructions. During the exam, according to your request, the student's actions on the computer, webcam recording and screen recording are taken and exam violations are detected and presented in a report.
ProctorStone is integrated with all LMSs, such as Moodle, D2L, Blackboard, and all other web-based exam platforms. Additionally, for all institutions that conduct classroom exams, the service of creating an online exam platform is offered within the scope of transferring the exams to the online environment.

Teachers
First of all, the student who cannot pass the authentication stage will not be admitted to the exam. The movements of the students who pass the authentication phase will be recorded by the system and displayed on the DashBoard. Violations of the exam instructions will be displayed on the report with a different label. Students are prioritized according to the level of violation, minimizing the number of reports that need to be examined. ProctorStone does not terminate the session if a violation detected. The final evaluation will be made by the relevant institution according to the information provided by the system.

No. The number of students who will use the examination system at the same time is determined in the contract with the relevant institution. There is no restriction on the total number of students who will use it during the year.
Internet outages do not affect the records ProctorStone has received so far. The students will be able to continue the exam and ProctorStone session from where he left off.
It can be applied to all exam types. You will be able to receive exam security service at the required level depending on the importance of the exams. For a low-importance exam, you can choose Starter/Level 1, while for relatively high-importance exams, you can choose video-based Level 4/Level 5.
